I was reviewing the Conti race results and near the bottom DeMan's two cars didn't turn a lap.?. I think, based on no lap times.

Anyone know the details?

Visiting family in FL and catching the 24 while in town. Rick himself quali'd P2 on the ST grid (stopped by while cars were gridded to say hello and wish him luck) but it looked like the car cut a tire in the first half of the race. Looks like he finished down around 20th. Not sure about the other Deman car.
LOL, Andy Lally pushed a Kia to a P2 finish in ST. He's doing some driving this weekend...

It was a messy race. Many crashes and a lot of yellow time.

Hey Guys,

Yes, we had the #71 Boxster on the outside pole, .009 seconds off the pole sitter. Had a great run up to 40 min. in we cut a left rear tire and sent us back a lap. Recovered really well and moved back up to 11th with 2 laps to go when a Compas 360 Honda hit me in the rear spinning me in the blind turn #6 only to get clobbered while standing still by a car going 75MPH.. car is destroyed but I'm OK...
Other team cars were running 4th and 6th after starting 17th and 20th only to cut a tire on one and get a 20 second penalty on the other for pit violation..

Finished 9th, 10th and 18th overall ... Not so bad for a first time 3 car effort..

That sounds like a common theme for people this weekend. At least what started the whole thing.
