Looks like it hooks you up instantly with Mylaps while you are at the track and they have a Droid application. Would I be at the mercy of PCA timing to get it up on mylaps to view it at a pca race ? I Know NASA results are almost intantly posted.

This doesn't look at results on the MyLaps website...this requires timing and scoring to live broadcast the results via wireless network.
Your timing and scoring folks would need to setup the network and provide access to the server, but most small routers don't provide enough signal to make the service reliable. BMW CCA has/is experimenting with it.
