Default Just received this e-mail.......

and since I can't make it, I immediately thought of you race heads........

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

"You have a chance to join in the fun as my friend, Bill Riley at Riley Technologies is looking to help find ONE MORE driver for the up coming Rolex 24hr at Daytona in a F430 that has been converted to meet Grand Am GT spec! The car is a solid entry with three co-drivers. Tony Dow is fielding the car and has a long history with the Rolex 24 winning the race in 1988 and 1990. He is a long time IMSA competitor as well. Seat cost is $45,000.00 arrive and drive.

Bill also has TWO seats available in his Starworks Daytona Prototype at $60k each.....the deal of the century.

If you have an interest, or know someone that might - please reply to Bill Riley directly. C'mon in - the water is warm!"

I wonder, if I pretend to be dying, would Make a Wish foundation do something like this for me?

That is one sweet experience for sure!

60k for a prototype in the 24 is very reasonable, assuming it is not a POS car. Same for 45k for a GT car.
