Default Fuel Gauge Calibration

Just had a fuel pump replaced but now the fuel gauge is all over the place...totally unreliable readings!

Anyone know the procedure for calibrating the fuel gauge? Is it a DIY?

Thanks...

PS - the car is a 996 Turbo

the fuel gauge sending unit snaps onto the top of the fuel pump .Better go back to the place that installed your fuel pump
