Ever seen the amount of surviellence (sp?) in London? Mugging?
I say BE got too much bad press for so easily dismissing the two prior incidents, so he convienently set this up so on lookers can say poor Bernie

Video cameras do not prevent crimes, especially muggings. They just show the cops what happened after the fact.
