Default Source for 944 Lower Control Arms (racing)

What is the best source and value in 944 lower control arms? My car is a track only 1986 951. I do not want to use the boxed steel or stock aluminum. I am aware of Racers Edge and Lindsey but they are too pricey. Blaszak no longer makes them I believe. Thanks ahead of time.

Not for nothin', but I've got a whole upgrade package, spindles, calipers, rotors, A-arms and all hardware going on e-bay right now. Take a look, it's gonna go:

Have you talked to Blaszak to confirm that? Last I knew he could still get them made.

I suppose Charley Arms are probably too pricey as well. I've had mine on since 2003

Ive got the Fabcar ones and they are fantastic. I think in this world you get what you pay for.

I put Racer's Edge in, with bump steer correctors from Elephant and Turbo S spindles. Once you get the machining for the lower connection right, it all seems good to me.

I know a couple of guys who are running this setup and like it. If I upgrade, I will likely go with this option. For now, I just buy new steel arms yearly since they are only $25 each.

I'd stay away from Kokeln. Two reasons:

1. They are going out of business.

2. This:

In case you missed my thread.

My solution: I replaced them with stock A-arms with the geometery correcting bins that prevent the ball joint from binding against the A-arm on lowered cars. I will have to inspect the A-arms regularly, and swap them out every 4 years or so...

If I may: Kokeln is going out of the 944 business, not out of business.

+1

Been using mine since 2005 with limited track time. I would avoid the delrin & steel bushings they come with though, mine ended up getting very very tight on the passengar side arm. Changed to spherical bearings and very happy.

Some geometry correcting balljoint pins would be nice though.

I know they are out of your price range but I have been using the Racer's Edge control arms and I highly recommend them.
