What's the best program to use for viewing movies shot with the HD Hero camera?

Help me too!!!! Had mine a week, plays just fine with WMP, or Nero on my good laptop(XP),however, plays jumpy and unsynched sound on an older laptop(XP), and a high end new netbook(windows7). If I record in WVGA, not HD, it is fine on all. Would a different program change anything, or are the lessercomputers just inadaquate?

Vlc would help. Netbooks in general are not good for video like that.

VLC rocks!. Works great even on my old laptop which is used primarily for data downloads....

I had to download a freebie called Format Factory to convert from MP4 to WMV. Now the WMV files view fine on Windows Movie Maker.
