Default F1 races via proxy server

There seems to be a few questions regarding how to watch F1 race coverage from somewhere other than Speed.

So, I thought a thread to contribute solutions, software, sites, etc might be helpful.

For example

Best bet IMHO is to find someone with private torrent site invite. And what's wrong with SpeedTV, Varsha and crew are awesome. I like the BBC coverage, especially for free practice, but can barely stand to listen to Legard's nauseating tone on race day.

What is wrong with Speed is that no one knows if they are going to cover qualifying live at 9pm or not.

The announcers there are good but Speed really lacks any commitment to solid F1 coverage.

Qual is at midnight tonight (3 hrs delay) directly before the race which begins @ 130am Sunday.
