Here are some action shots from pit road. Not as good resolution, not really sure how to reduce and keep them looking sharp:

A little OT Nit-Pic. I noticed in Bob's photos that the neither the Lizard firemen getting ready to go over the wall nor the fuel man attending the valve are wearing socks. Hate to think what would happen to that exposed skin if there was a spill & fire. Kinda surprising for a pro team in this day of super safety concerns.

And the Falken fuel tech - his don't match!
Good call, I am surprised by that to. Maybe they each lent one sock to one of the other guys closer to the car. You would think that boots and cotton or nomex socks should be required...guess not.

fyi, in ALMS, you must wear a fire suit just to walk down pit road.
In Grand Am, you only need a fire suit and stuff if you're fueling. I worked the deadman lever at the Daytona 24 for TRG, and I was in jeans and t-shirt. No requirement for fire suit, just long pants and closed toed shoes to be in hot pits. Even some guys go over the wall without fire suits if not fueling in Grand Am....
