I got an e-mail today about an event at NJMP. Anybody been to one?

I don't think I'll be spending the $15k for a Rolex GT car for the day though.

I guess I could rent a hat...

Actually $495 for three hours with that kind of instruction would be a deal...

I'd do it in a heart beat if it were at Road Atlanta. Sound like a great day. 3 pros/50 cars. Probably not a whole lot of personal attention. But, you do get lunch.

$15k rental is way over the top. They want to recoup investment fast. On the other hand if it is this years car it doesn't have much time. TRG didn't run all the races.

TRG wants to provide a small environment at Thunderbolt. Small number of cars, open passing if you want a pro to drive your car and show you what you are leaving on the table, this is a great way to do it. Run your data while they drive your car and benchmark what the car can do then you can work on getting yourself there with some one on one coaching. The comments after the last two TRG Advance days everyone seemed to say it was a strong value and a great time was had by all!
TRG, has some great things in the works at NJMP, don't forget their track side support and parts available. Great group of pros from the shop to the drivers and let's not forget Kate she brings it all together! You won't regret the experience!

$795 for a full day of open track and a session with a pro is not a bad deal - anyone know how long the "session" with the pro is?

Scott - I did and here is the write up: https://rennlist.com/forums/racing-a...jmp-tbolt.html

Echoing Scott Leder's comments, I thought it great. I thought it would have only been better had I had the TraqMate installed. With data analysis and the ability to get some real benchmarks, it becomes a pretty good (relative) value. If I can do it schedule wise, I will go again.
