Networks do whatever they can to get exposure. NASCAR uses crashfests to sell tickets and attract viewers who would not know a race if one broke out. Nothing new here. Controversy, rivalry's and smack talk all sell tickets.

I agree. She may be better than every driver here on Rennlist but she isn't better than the best in her series, and she certainly is no champion. She's a rich also ran who gets media attention because of her gender. I hope Simona finishes ahead of her because Simona actually has a pleasant personality to go along with her driving talent.
They'll shuffle Danica off to the circle track as she speaks the language of the fans and fits the "rubbing is racing" crowd.
