Default 36 foot Featherlite gooseneck w/ Camper

Sorry if this is the wrong location for this post, but here it is.

The trailer is a 1997 Featherlite STL 3628 trailer and was converted in 2008 to add 18 ft living quarters in the front. The asking price is $13,000 and is located in Rye, NH.

18’ living quarters (10’ on floor plus 8’ X 6’ gooseneck bed), 2 burner propane stove, electric wall furnace, hot water heater, bath w/vanity, shower and toilet, kitchen sink, microwave oven, refrigerator, aluminum cabinets, carpeted. Dinette (converts to small bed), TV antenna w/booster, 2 Hehr windows w/screen, side door w/screen, 36 gal fresh water tank, black and gray water tanks. Has provision for small wall AC unit. Living quarters are insulated. The living quarters were professionally installed in 2008 and cost $10,000.

18’ car storage area w/tire racks, 4 car tie downs, helmet storage, spare tire, generator/land line hook up, inverter, 12V battery, diamond plate aluminum floor and second side door w/screen. Ramp tailgate to load car. Interior 7‘ headroom w/ alum walls. Trailer weighs about 6000# and GVW is 12,000#, tires and brakes are excellent. Trailer has one dent in rear upper left covered by awning. The awning is about 20 ft wide and is fairly nice condition but could use a couple aluminum pcs. to be perfect. Body free of other damage. This trailer tows extremely well with 2500 HD Chevy truck.

Default Featherlite trailer

I'm posting a couple more photos. This is a real bargain, someone must need it. The camping portion is like new. The rest of the trailer is really nice.
Lots more photos if interested.

How could I hide that from the wife. If she found out I'd probably be living in it.
