I allways liked the Cory Friedman Qualifying lap in 2007. go to you tube and ask for 997 cup car qualifing lap 2007. He was there with Autometrics. And the lap is a 2:15, lots of passing cars and people getting out of his way.

here is one of mine with Telemetry so you can see entry, apex and exit speeds and throttle position which I found to help the most (when I can see someone else's video) to learn a new track.

Also Try XBox Forza Motorsports in a similar car. Its very accurate and it helped me learn Sebring (My virtual and real laps are within 4/10ths).
