Default HOUSTON AREA - Kind of Urgent Need for Right Rear Rotor - 996 GT3

X-post from GT3 forum.

Anyone in the Houston area have an extra right rear rotor lying around? I'll replace it when Suncoast sends the replacement. 996.352.406.01.

I ordered a set of rear rotors from Suncoast and unfortunately, they sent two left rotors. I'm not worried about getting the right one from them, but I kind of need one for this weekend - and there isn't enough time to get one from Florida. My rear rotors can probably take one more event, but I already replaced the front rotors and switched pads from Pagid to PFC-06. If I can't get a rotor ASAP, I am probably going to run PFC-06 in the front and RS-14 in the rear this weekend. Probably not optimal, but I don't want to bed a new set of PFC-06s on almost dead rotors.

Thanks,

-td

Thought you were in DFW? I've got a set in my garage at MSR-Cresson. Pretty sure you are running the same size as I have on my 996 as mine were upgraded to the same size as the Cups. Shoot me a note if I can help you.

I just checked my notes, they are 330mm in diameter, Porsche factory part. Don't have the part number handy.

Yah, I was in DFW. But transitioned down to Houston early 2010.

I wish I would have checked before tonight, as my wheels are en route from PST to MSR-H.

Thanks for the offer!

T,
Mount it and run it. It will of course fit fine and You will find that in the rear the reversed cooling fin doesnt hurt You much if at all.
