Close SM racing at Thunderhill - vid
Especially in consideration of the thread complaining about the poor pro racing on TV this past weekend, I thought some of you might enjoy this footage. Taken from my car in yesterday's SCCA SM race at Thunderhill.

Huh? No. But I was missing my driver's side mirror after being the middle car of the 3 wide battle on lap 1.
More views of the 1st turn carnage, and another wreck from Saturday.

Loved the off-roading. You should get a mullet for the back of your helmet.
Great racing

DP,
Great racing. Saved it for my personal review to prep for the 25 at Thunderhill.

Here's the race from inside the #72 car (especially exciting on the 1st and last laps):

Great post and I agree that you guys are nuts. After watching the video I know why I do DE's and don't race.

DanR: I know what you mean and I admire the drivers, but I couldn't handle it. I would brake and get out of the way when they started three wide. Just too timid I guess.
