I was in Vietnam when that race happened, and I read about it first in Stars and Stripes, then Car and Driver, then Road and Track. I was a big McQueen fan. Think about how many of those drivers are gone, Revson, Rodriguez, Siffert. I know Redman is still around. One of the winning drivers was Nino Vaccarella, who I'll bet not many people know, was a law professor by profession. He was from Sicily and was very good in the Targa Floria. They stopped the Targa in 1971 or 1972.
