Alternatives to PCA, BMWCCA, AudiClub
Haven't seen many posts about alternative DE clubs for you, so below are those I had run/instructed with when I lived in the northeast. Good luck.

www.g52.com (WGI only; need current member recommendations, going to trackmasters will help)
www.chinmotorsports.com (only a few NE events, but very unique format and very active in Southeast)

www.kojotesports.com (WGI only, limited schedule)
