Needs more areo - how 'bout a wing?
There is a cleaner I use called WAB Polished aluminum cleaner. Spray it on if you have a power washer; cleans up real nicely (read the directions, though).

dave - i see you're going with the low downforce set up. give me a shout and i'll get you adrian newey's mobile number and we'll see if we can increase handling without compromising top speed

With a rear wing I could probably get the tongue weight negative if I went fast enough.
