Wow, this is big news for this event. With Sears point the next day, most of the "big boys" from the cup series will not be there.

Jacques Villeneuve, the 1997 Formula One world champion, will drive the No. 32 Toyota for Braun Racing in upcoming Nationwide Series races at Road America (June 19) and Circuit Gilles Villeneuve (Aug. 29). Both tracks hold special meaning for Villeneuve: He scored his first-ever CART World Series win at Elkhart Lake in 1994, while the Montreal road course is named for his late father.
The 39-year-old Canadian qualified sixth in Montreal's Nationwide race last year and finished fourth. He also won CART's 1995 race at Road America, as well as the pole.
Overall, Villeneuve has won championships in CART and F1 and won the 1995 Indianapolis 500. Only Villeneuve, Mario Andretti and Emerson Fittipaldi have won both open-wheel titles and the Indy 500.
