And now another one joins. I'm actually considering to see if I can see the race live. This gets more and more interesting! ![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)

Sounds good. I personally love watching the nascar boys on a road course. Usually great, close, aggressive racing. I just wish they had more road courses on their schedule. I realize it's not what their market desires, but it's a great show.

There were quite a few NASCAR drivers in the 24hrs of daytona.
If I recall, Bobby Labonte with one of the porsche teams was the fastest driver on his team.
They didn't think he would be able to drive a rear engine car.... had no problem.

Mika Hakkinen was a quest driver in Porsche Supercups series in 1993 season for two races, Monaco and Hungary, he won both races from the pole...
The Porsche mechanics who serviced the quest car said they had never seen anyone so fast (regular drivers included) and someone who drives so close to the walls of Monaco, lap after lap.
