Are you doing Mosport this year?
Wayne:
Sorry I cannot do Mosport this year due to a work conflict. Have fun!

BIG thanks to At Speed (Bob Miller's group), Rick DeMan and Cory Jump for helping us fix broken hub. All classy guys.

I wish I had Dad's racing luck! ...could have been a major disaster.

I had fun in G-class, despite never even seeing the front running Green RSA on track the entire weekend (no kidding). Baron was 2 seconds faster than me all weekend. However, I guess he had some car issues in Sprint #2 and only finished 13 laps. My 2nd in sprint #1 and 1st in sprint #2 gave me enough points to take home the G-class trophy (glass mug). Would have been nice if I was fast enough to battle with the big boys up front, but a 13th and and 8th overall in the Blue group and two podiums far exceeded my expectations. I had a great in-class battle with Dan R in sprint #1 and a 13 lap nose-to-tail battle with two H-cars in sprint #2 (pete debusman and dave schenk). Not sure what happened to Fred C behind me in the heel of the boot in sprint #2, but I think I saw him spin at around lap 5. That was some relentless pursuit though by him prior to that. I felt like I was trying to shake a rabbid dog off my shoe for about 10 minutes.

Carlos,

In the enduro, both Camans and Baron jumped me on the start - I need a radio! And I was slowly reeling you in. But my cool suit container got loose in the front seat and dumped its entire contents (code martini) and then my fan belt busted... so that fight will have to be for another day.... But the Cayman's sure look like a blast to drive.

You are giving up a second easy with that lift/feather into 2. The esses are flat out period.

That was Scott's seat and for helping him I get snarky short jokes

I know. Tried it a few times, checked the telemetry and it's more like 4/10ths max. Without the wing (sprint races running H stock) the rear end just moved too much requiring some opposite lock. Good for a flyer but rather back a bit while racing ( a mistake or a major lift will cost more time). Could have made some damper changes but the car was too good in the rest of the track decided to stick with it. too much traffic in practice/quail being the fastest class in group to have been able to bother with more setup trials to go for the lap record.

With the wing, not changing the front aero, the car initially understeered a bit on turn in.on T2. The lift is negligible when going for a flyer just to make sure it had some bite on turn in.
