Note the following about noise restrictions at LRP and don't shoot me, I'm only the messenger:

"The CT DMV regulation governing racetracks is being strictly enforced; cars made prior to January 1, 1979 are limited to 84 dB(A) moving and 78 dB(A) stationary. Cars made after January 1, 1979 are limited to 81 dB(A) moving and 74 dB(A) stationary. You will be black flagged for violating this, and after two black flags you will be excluded for the remainder of the day"

And the thing is, it is not the PCA club that will black flag you and toss you out after two black flags. It's LRP that is enforcing this so the event organizer can't help you.

For me to get under 84db, I have to short shift wherever they're watching....and I have mufflers.

Seems according to the regs you'd have to be at 81db....unless you plan on running the Jag.

.....Cars made after January 1, 1979 are limited to 81 dB(A) moving

Default Anyone at Wake Robin Inn now?

I just checked in.
After driving 4 hours from NHMS, I was even able to back the trailer in without taking out any trees. Sweet.
My understanding is that beer and wine is FREE tonight. Gonna shower then grab a beer. Anyone here???????????

If you want a good meal head over to Lakeville to The Boathouse! Best raw clams around, even the sushimi is excellent!
