Default Rewebbing racing harnesses

I know it is OK for a race belt manufacturer to reweb their own products, but many won't (or aren't allowed to) reweb other brands of belts. Is it legal? And does anyone do it anymore? I found a thread on this forum discussing the topic, and mentioned M&R. They only do their own products now too.

I have a set of Sabelts that are expired and would like to get them rewebbed if possible.

Thanks.

Scott

To be honest, I'd rather spend a little more money and take advantage of the constantly improving equipment. 2" lap belts, better adjusters, more comfortable fit, better working camlocks, better HANS fit, etc, etc.

A lot of places, like Crow and Simpson, will exchange your old belts and give you a discount.
