Our region (Riesentoter) is already in contact with National about this very issue. Until we receive official determination, because running with the top up is not an option, we will allow them to run with arm restraints connected to the stock lap belt with proper repelling grade carabiners. Of course if they get the bucket seats with the belt holes in them, there is no issue. I know someone who will be running the racing belts in one.

They had a pair of Spyders at last weeks OVR DE at MO - they were doing hot laps with only the 3 point belts. And they were _hammering_ those cars.
