Arai and HJC are both great helmets that I've had good luck with for customers and are nice and light. Arai's don't fit me so I've never used them. I'll be adding an HJC to the collection once the 2010 certifications come out.
Stand21 also has some incredibly light and comfortable helmets as well.

Stilo - BSI (FIA) certified and are good for ten years from date of manufacture as opposed to the Snell thing. PCA accepts the BSI certification. I like mine with the built in headset for teaching

HJC makes a great lightweight helmet these days, don't remember the model but it's about $650 and has an airvent on the top. Think it's about 2.8lbs. It's important to get weights on each helmet you're trying as a lot of the Carbon Fiber models are actually heavier than the standard models (some are 3.2-3.4lbs) and cost much more.

A pal just ordered a Stand 21 Carbon Fiber helmet - whoowee! Cost more than a set of Hoosies for a GT3! Nice though.

Always liked Bells- my son and I just got new lids this year, Bell Dominator, lightweight and very stable with an open cockpit car.

Try out several brands and go with the one that fits YOU best.

The answer is whichever brand fits your head the best.
Different manufacturers all use different anthropomorphic models and assumptions for the shape/size of human heads, so you might have been born with an Arai shaped head, or a Bell shaped head, etc...
If nothing really fits you comfortably, then Stand21 will make a custom fit helmet for you.
