My evening(s) project for next week is to drop the transmission. Baby steps.

I'll be there as part of the Illinois crew. Not sure my tranny will fit in a 11 though

Sounds good. We took a prelimenary pole of the usual suspects this yearand decided early on to forego the WGI race in lieu of the MO race. I had a cancel or two but, Scott signed up so I believe I'll be signing up as well. Hopefully I'll put another one in the trailer. We all had a great time at Sebring and then decided against the usual down pour at RA. Signed up for Lime Rock and also looking forward to racing at M.O.

Oh, no you di-n't!

Unfortunately, you guys happen to be right. We've certainly incurred more than our fair share of carnage lately ... guess it was our turn. Anyone looking for a 964 tub? Seriously!

All signed up. Three sprints and an endo? Sweet!

Registration is NOW open. A few more comments. We fixed the issue with the middle paddock. we will not have to share with Mid Ohio so we will have lots of paddock parking. We are proposing 3 sprints and one enduro for each run group.(as you know schedule is always tentative) We have a few more spots open for the DE running two run groups.

Thumbs up Doing "MO" for first time

Doing MO for the first time BUT, big but, I gotta do the DE....13-13'd out until Mosport. I have been wanting to do this track for a long time and thought I might as well go this year and get my feet wet with a DE and then next year it won't be so unfamiliar.

Any "F" racers out there I could hook up with while there. All new group to me.

Bill, you missed a pretty good weekend at Road Atlanta. Nice Friday and Saturday, light rain early Sunday but first enduro got a dry line, and second after lunch was dry (cup cars and such).

Yeah, I guess I just don't understand why someone would invest SO MUCH time and money to travel to a spectacular track like Road Atlanta, and then NOT race because of a little rain. Our "wet" enduro was some of the most fun I had on track all weekend and I bet the second Cup/GT enduro was essentially totally dry. Strange... what a waste of an opportunity...

For me personally, I will just say that I am tired of fixing bent metal. I not only worry about the increased chances of me doing something stupid, but others as well. The risk goes up almost as fast as the as the opportunity to make a heroic save goes down. I still run sometimes in the wet but mostly not.

I ran R A for a couple of years in a row. The last time we ran RA we brought home a totaled GT-3 :-( so we didn't rush to go again this season. Just our luck and good for you, you had nice weather.

Hopefully we'll see you at M.O
