primer on adjusting bump / rebound?

Good article. Saved and printed out. I have always gone by the theory that you adj the end with the problem. On the GT2 stiffening the rear tends to greatly increase oversteer on power applications so that is why we did front rebound ++ to fix the problem with push on picking up power.

This is a decent article by an IRL or CART engineer.

I have always found increasing front rebound to be a very effective way to limit corner exit push.

Try Carrol Smith's "Engineer in your Pocket". It is a great little book that is read 2 ways...One starts with the symptom you don't like, and possible causes...like mid turn understeer..and how to fix it, and the other will tell you what effect a certain adjustment will have. It includes tire pressure, sway bar adjustment and bump and rebound, spring rate, etc.
Best of all, it is really easy to follow!
