Looks like this works with the chasecam PDR1000 and provides GPS data which is recorded on the chip with the video, can be viewed as an overlay on the video, or separately.

There is a link to a youtube video showing how it works. Step by step.

And, it costs $490 if you already have a chasecam setup.

Any feedback would be great if anyone has one, or has used one.
