Anyone know of seats that would match a light grey interior, allow for a 6 point harness, and still allow for rear seat access? I know Recaro Sport Toplines will, but just looking for other options as well.

Ah yes, well, true, though what are they, something like 7 grand? I'm thinking more along the lines of $1k each or thereabouts.

Biggest bang for the buck is Corbeau. A4, CR1 and TRS are popular options. You can have the sub-slot installed for $29 per seat. We sell a lot of Corbeau to folks doing DE that want a comfortable seat for daily driving but something that will accept a racing harness on the track and give support.

Plus, Corbeau makes mounting brackets that direct bolt in so no extra drilling or fabrication needed. Opt for the double lock slider upgrade for an additional $12.
