944 Cup -- 2010 Sponsors
Glad to report that for the 9th 944 Cup race series, Hoosier is returning with their tire contingency program for 2010, and the new Title Sponsor will be Racer's Edge.
Hoosier has changed the car minimums for 2010 requiring 5 to 7 cars starting the race to offer 2 tires for a win, 1 tire for 2nd. For 7+ cars starting the race, then 2 tires for a win, 1 tire for second, 1 tire for third.
Racer's Edge was the Title Sponsor back in the early years of the series but reunites with the series once again. Racer's Edge is dedicated to the sport of auto racing providing everything from fire suppression to flywheels, shock absorbers, seats, and much more.
