carreracoupe997 - curious about the dryer. I'm wondering if it has to be right up on the windscreen to be effective or would a short duct impact its effectiveness? Would you describe it as barely adequate or does it do a pretty good job?

Yep, in Excellence, just read it today.
The article is on a street legal 911 weighing in under 2000#'s.

I have the RSR plate and I'm putting back the RS bypass tube so I can get some heat in the cabin. On a sub 40 day I believe that I got close to hypothermia. It was very bad and scared the c... out of me, I had to pull out and wrap myself with my jacket in the clubhouse as i was shivering uncontrollably for half an hour or so... I was wearing a t/shirt and my 3 piece Sparco. People are different, but that was my experience... It was a pretty damn cold day... Happy Holidays!

We used a 12 volt blower from a boat and connected it to the existing dash air distribution port. Works like a charm. You just pull air from where you have some heat via flex tube.

You just need to drain your power steering fluid. After a couple of laps wrestling the car you'll be toasty
