Seeing Sean suddenly taking a 90 degree turn for the tire wall after the unintentional nudge... precious memory... They labored 5 mins to take him out of there.... All that on the warm up lap.

That said, Speed Secrets is a great read and some of the stuff he wrote is very easy to apply!

sims and video games are great for the fact that you can get "results" and gauge your progress, all the books are great but actually just going out in a wet parking lot with nothing to hit and trying to work on car control- even in a rental car- is a cheap ticket to gaining confidence and feel in the car.
