ORLANDO, Fla. (December 10, 2009) - GRAND-AM Rolex Sports Car Series GT competitor, Dempsey Racing announced today it is expanding to a two-car effort for the 2010 season. The second car will be campaigned under the Team Seattle # 41 entry.

Current GT Champion, Leh Keen has been contracted to co-drive with KONI Challenge Series GS standout James Gue. Lea (sic) and James will be joined by team founder and driver Don Kitch Jr. for the Rolex 24 Hours of Daytona. A forth driver will be announced soon.

Mazda Team correct? Hate to lose Leh driving a Porsche but glad he is set up for 2010.

Yeah, it'll be a second RX-8 for Dempsey's team, I assume on a Speedsource chassis. Leh's still in Germany for the Porsche Motorsports banquet, but I'm sure he'll be back online soon. Dunno exactly when the banquet is/was, but he got there Tuesday. He doesn't have a GSM phone, so no cellphone there. I haven't seen him online anywhere since he left, either. Must be living large.

Too bad he won't be paired with Derk. They make a very good team and I was hoping to get to see them defend/repeat next year.

Hey guys... I'm still recovering from Germany and all that good beer!

The last 2 weeks have been pretty wild.....


Now after seeing the Porsche factory and the Motorsports Facility.. Porsche is even more of a special company to me.. And i see myself racing Porsches for many many years to come in Club events......

The Mazda is a great car in Grand-Am and i look forward with working with the HyperSport guys... The car is fast and I have a good Co-Driver... So its an exciting turn in my career...

I have to thank Porsche for their hospitality in Germany... The company is special.. Seeing Cupcars on the Assembly line right infront of Boxsters or whatever... pretty cool stuff...



So anyways.. im going ZOOM ZOOMin this year... But have high expectations and hope you guys still pull for me a little bit!
