Road and Track '77: 935 6-wheel Prototype
Anyone got any info on a six wheeled 935? A friend was looking thru a Road and Track publication from '77 and found a picture of a six wheeled 935 prototype. Being the pain in the *** that I am, I immediately claimed it a Photoshop
After searching the google we haven't been able to find anything else on the car. Help settle our dispute whether or not this car was actually real, as well as, are all four rear wheels powered?
Here is a link to his website and a picture of the car:

If it was the April 1977 Road & Track, the answer would be clear.
I would think that if Porsche really was playing around with something like that there'd be some mention of it other than a single pic in a magazine...

^Yup, supposedly not an April release.
I'm trying to find out if this ever existed. I claimed Photoshop, well not PShop, but some old school photo magic. My counterpart thinks that because its from the 70's it can't be fake. One would think that this wouldn't be mentioned in one magazine and never seen again if indeed it was real; as you suggest.
