Pete, nice picture of the red head. First time I ever saw this car in person was the infield at the Nurburgring ( they had 3 of them!!). It was a vintage car race with Porsche and Ferrari hospitality areas competing against each other. Back in the good old days when the money flowed out of the car companies.

I was just looking on Ebay to see if there were any FL t-shirts available...All I saw were some postcards. It's a damn shame that's for sure. I feel bad for the crew and drivers...not to mention all the customers.

I've been to the shop many times, Tech Tactics for Zone 1 PCA was held there, etc. Great loss of facility to the region.

There was just a big open house there a few weeks back, this is unreal to hear, my shop told me today!!! As much as I hate to see their racing program go down the tube, the guy is a CROOK and deserves it.. Not the people who got taken though, my shop today said they sold an RSR they didn't even have possession of 7 times to different people, all taking the money for this imaginary car and not even having it!

As with any Government seizure... If you have your private property stored you must retain legal consul to retrieve the items. It will require extensive proof of ownership. As for company property... it will be liquidated to recoup the embezzled money.

Sure. But not until he's found guilty, pleads guilt, or if he's flown the coup then it'll be a few months before they work through the nitty gritty. Didn't seem to take *that* long before the Madoff stuff was sold, and this won't be as big or take as long as that, I wouldn't think.

It's probably a little too premature to start thinking about that, but us racers probably can't help it. It's the crack we're addicted to...
