There is an SCCA autocross at the Englishtown road course (in central NJ) this Saturday.

The event last weekend was cancelled because of lack of interest ... so I am spreading the word in hope that this event will happen. For non-members it is $60, for members it is $40. You need to pre-register if you want this to happen, otherwise it will be cancelled again.

The E-town road course is not your usual autocross ... I haven't run there yet, but I hear there are some decent elevation changes that make it very different from your standard run of the mill parking lot autocross.

Anyway... this is probably your last opportunity to have some fun before it's really too cold. The forecast for saturday is sunny with a high of 52.

I was think'n the same thing. Might as well be a parking lot. How many runs do you get?

 

Looks like 5 at the last event with ~135 people so I'd guess 6 with the ~80 people that will probably show up.

It's definitely still an autocross... I will be running the 2005 Rutgers FSAE car so it's a good match.
