Have to go with my heart and vote for Vettal, but if he has a 10 grid spot penality due to having to replace an engine then I'd go with Rubens who is the crowd favorite. Button will surely try to "close the deal" in Brazil but I think it will go down to the last race for him.

Well, we can see AWayne has definitely voted.

It would be sooo nice for RB to win the race and be WDC.

Button is likely to take the title but he really needs to fight for it and show that he earned and deserves it. Since the defuser upgrades went on the other cars he hasn't shown many moments of championship driving.

WDC choices:

1) RB
2) Vettel

Why would he start opining before the race now? He hasn't really picked all season.

Pre-race anyway. He's chock full of post race picks......

Yea, it's not Monday yet, so Wayne has not put in his vote and then say "told you so"

As much as I'd like to see Vettel or Barrichello take the fight to the last race in Dubai, I do think that going up that hill to the front straight is going to put such a strain on Vettels Reanult engine that I believe it will end in tears...

As mentioned above, Rubens has had mixed results at this track and he could either embrace the pressure of the WDC chase or collapse under the pressure of his countrymen willing him to victory.

Given the Brazilian spirit and the way they will their World Cup soccer teams and the way they willed Massa last year, I'm going to say that Rubens outperforms everyone else on grid on pure emotion and takes the victory. Button scores points, but in P5-8.

1 for Hamilton.

He's got nothing to lose. Been quick as of late too, so with race wins as the only incentive he'll be on it.

1st practice has interesting results.

Seems like Red Bull are not holding back and going for it right off the bat with Rubeno right in there to. JB is circulating inside the points level.

................and guess who blew through the brake markers and caused a red flag?

2nd practice complete with less than 1 sec cover the first 19 cars.

Poor Fisi had issues.

I didn't get my vote in on time. I'm going with Vettel.

I just noticed the voting is 20:1 Barrichello to Button! Wow, I guess that is more an indication of what people are hoping for rather than the actual odds. Rubens has been shading Button overall lately, but I didn't think he was THAT much stronger. But I guess it may be supported from the viewpoint that Rubens is pretty much in a win-or-bust situation.

If you had told me in Turkey what Jenson's results would be from after that race to now, I would have been CERTAIN that he would have been well-and-truly overhauled and far behind in the championship by now. That his rivals have only managed to partially close the gap says to me that they really have not done so amazingly either (of course there are all sorts of reasons for that). Still, all this talk about Button not being deserving can also be reflected to these other guys who, so far, have failed to catch him.

Yup, you'd be pretty wet if you had ventured down there like you were thinking of doing.

Vettel starting in 16th. Going to be tough to pull off a win from there.
