Yeah in Az we have transformed the top 5 payout to a top 10 payout. This keeps the top 10 guys in the toyo money. Sure the pay is not as much, but also don't burn through tires like if we ran hoho's.
Plus reginoal season championship gets $1000, $500, and $250 in tire rebates for the top 3. Do well in the season and get a few bucks each event and tire bill get really cheap. Plus for national winner got $4000 in cash, $3000, $2000, and $1000, $500 for the rest of the top 5. We wanted to share that payout as well, but never got the mechanics of payment worked out properly. Next year we get that straight.
