Opps. How's this......

All water pumpers except 924,944,951, and 968's but includes water cooled Flat 6, Corvettes, Mustangs, Subarus, Loti (is that correct?)and BMW's and any other variants of the water cooled species not previously mentioned.

We tested the rain line all of Saturday with the SCCA this past weekend. ....so you guys can have nothing but sun shine down there! Good luck in that Octapus turn. The fast line is definitely not the same as the "race line" through there.

Track is a BLAST. See you all over the weekend, i'll be helping out some friends but leaving our 911 at home.

Mike P, sorry the weather didn't work out over the weekend. Come join us again soon!

My fastest laps were turned when I'd basically rim shot the Octapus, scrub speed/sacrifice entry speed EARLY, so that I could get back on the gas ASAP for the left hander. The left hander is absolutely the most important corner on that track, as you're flat from there to turn 1.

In an SC they are all pretty important, and rim-shooting the Octo won't work in the race... you can only carry so much speed through that carousel anyway, the important thing is to be positioned to be flat ASAP exiting it. In our cars (D/E) time will be lost from T2-T5 if you don't have your ***** sucked in..

+ 1 Gary. As I said, difference between the racing and qual lines. FWIW, I predict a bit of "13/13" exchanges in the exit of the octo to transition to the left.

Good luck to all.

We're not running any chicanes, but the curbing has been upgraded since last year, especially that wacky curb leading on to the front straight.
