Why would we expect anything else from Two Face? He should have played the character in that last Batman movie; wouldn't have had to act at all!

Guys, far be it from me to stay on topic....but you are getting so far afield, this thread will soon be moved into the Politard forum. Does anyone have an opinion on this CAR?

Yea, my opinion of this CAR is that the Governor is going to pay about 3 times as much in yearly tax and registration fees as he would have last year. This is what got former Gov. Gray Davis recalled and put this governor in. Ironically, he's put it back to what Gray Davis wanted in registration fees. Of course this is a "Temporary Fee Increase".

Every heard of TFI being Temorary?
