Apex Performance will be attending the Nationals this weekend. We are not racing or bringing our trailer.

Congrats to the 2009 944 Cup National Champions: Bill Comat for the Cup class in his Rivieria blue 2.5 L 944 and Karl Poeltl for the Super Cup class in his red Racers Edge 944S2. This was the largest Cup Nationals in the 4 years of the event and boasted the best 944 drivers and cars assembled for Nationals.

Karl roughed up the field taking the poles and winning both races against a host of Turbos, thought by many to be unbeatable. Bill bucked some tough odds with speed and consistency, and prevailed against a field of very good racers from the U.S and Canada.

That shot was from the Saturday Autobahn group, 944Cup split.
