I'll be there driving in Blue and my wife Irene will be driving in Green.
Glad you'll be there Jay and I look forward to meeting you Rob.
Just as a side note, I'm planning on going by LCMT on Sunday to meet Bob Rouleaux and see his new Ariel Atom!
You can't miss my car with my recent addition of a racing stripe:

The family and I are still in Tremblant getting ready to head home tomorrow. I can second that it was a great event. We're already planning our family vacation to LCMT next year..

This was a really great DE experience for me.
Where to start? I'll go with the PCA motto of 'it's not the cars, it's the people' or whatever it is. What a great bunch of peeps (and cars)!
When I arrived on Sunday, Bob Rouleau was at the track testing out his new Ariel Atom. OMG. Bob was kind enough to show this LCMT newbie around the line in his C4S. I learned a few of the "local tricks" as Bob calls them (basically don't brake!!!!!). In all seriousness, the no break just lift method had me really moving through the 1-2-3 complex. Bob was also nice enough to come volunteer himself as an instructor on the first day of the event. I can vouch that he's a great guy IRL.
Bob - a huge public thanks to you.
There was a decent amount of wet driving involved. I did my last wet event in my 997TT at WGI in the pouring rain and guess what? I had major traction. I guess I overestimated the ease of driving my 99 Boxster w/o TC in the rain as I spun twice. The first spin was between 11-12 and I did a graceful 360 and then slapped myself on the forehead when I blew by the pits w/o stopping in for a chat. The second time out I pulled Jay Gratton in at the last second to look for some pointers. We didn't get very far and after passing someone going in to T6, I did a not so graceful 720 with only 2 wheels off. No harm done and neither one of us had a laundry problem. Sorry about that Jay!
I am definitely going back to LCMT for this event next year and now that I have a utility trailer I think I'll do the Calabogie chaser as well.
It was also nice seeing some of my familiar DE faces (mostly not on RL) and putting a face to others. Peer, it was nice meeting you!
Here are some pics! Scenic one is from the top of the gondola at Mt Tremblant.
