Another place to consider staying at are the VIP suites at Thunderbolt...cost about the same as Holiday Inn or Carlson Inn and b'fast is included at the clubhouse.
Of course, for this event, the fun crowd...beer drinking, cigar chomping, chest thumping...is going to be at the Carlson Inn!

I will be there both days (black 951) and as a new member to the Schattenbaum group will be attending the members meeting. I had a blast last time alternating from Thunderbolt to Lightning...great concept.
Looking forward to meeting you....oh and I will bring leftovers form the Sunday Lobster Run...

Ric, thanks for the tip about the Country Inn. I'll try it next time. This time I booked through Hotwire and they didn't even bring up the Country Inn.

Same here...stayed twice there for DE's. Good place. No problems.
WIll not be there in june but will make july DE with Schattenbaum.
