Default Traqmate & Chasecam problems, video aborting

First time for the complete setup up, Traqmate, Traqdata II, & Chasecam this weekend at Road America.
All my sessions the Chasecam stopped before the sessions were complete, some only captured a lap or a lap and a half. Only one captured 3/4 of the session.
Any ideas?
Using Kingston 8GB 133x CF, used 2 of them, same thing.
Thanks,
Phil

Check out the Traqmate forums, a lot of great information there

I would check all of the connections to make sure they are not vibrating loose. Do you have the latest software that controls the Chasecam with the Traqmate?

Phil,

A couple of possibilities;

1) be sure that the traqmate itself is not filling up. If it does, it will stop the chasecam.
2) be sure the power adapters are very secure. Many times the power will cycle because of a loose connector, and when you look at it, it will still appear on.
3) be sure to turn off the g-force trigger on the chasecam. It's under menu-features. It generally is not the cause, but it can confuse the issue.

Thanks, I have cross posted this same question to the Traqmate forum at the same time.
I will double check the connections.
During the weekend I did erase both the CF and Traqmate.

Kenny, may take you up on the call.

Phil
