Cool, might you be James Levine?

A little pricey for a DVD...how long before it shows up online?

So, who is the intended audience for this? Is is a track day how to drive video, or is it a learn Lime Rock video? Why does the intro mention the first in a series?

A video with basic performance driving technique seems to a product which is missing in the marketplace.

It is a track day how to drive video that was filmed at Lime Rock and will give the viewer great insight into that track but it is an extremely useful for any track. This video is the answer to those looking for lessons on technique.

What does the mention of series mean in the YoutTube video? I'll buy it if it is reasonably comprehensive, but not if it is only "we cover on the racing line in this video."

It is extremely comprehensive. It is much more involved and advanced than simply showing the line.
the bit about a series implies that there will be more instructional videos in the future; from different venues. Unlike the very old Skip Barber video, "Going Faster" this is not a "how to race" video. Although I can only imagine it would be beneficial to those wanting to go club racing as well.

It's by Nick Longhi, so I'm buying it. Ya gotta love him. Now I'm hoping that it's the first of many tracks to follow....

I bought this, so let me provide some comments. The video is Nick Longhi talking about how to drive Lime Rock accompanied by video from various positions on the car. It is probably useful for someone already knowledgeable about car control who wants a professional's view on how best to get aroung Lime Rock.

It is not a presentation of car control principles which might be useful to someone new to track driving.

Anyone seen the old Brian Till video about how to drive Mid-Ohio? Is it similar to that?
