First, Phil & his wife Kim are truly great people and fantastic to interact with. If Phil's Tire Service will be at some of the events you participate in, do business with them and it'll pay off in the future. They'll also be able to mount the tires for you at the track if interested.
Good luck with that. Even if you do, it won't be much less. There really isn't that big of a margin on race tires.

I know for a fact that where I buy the Hankook Z214's makes at most a couple of bucks per tire.
