Didn't mean it like that. I priced you on one thing before and it was fair.

I will be at the Glen race and will seek you out to talk

http://www.anyflag.com/misc/decals/american.php

I'm glad to see they make a right-hand and a left-hand version (the field of blue with the stars should always be moving forward)

This still matters to some of us.

Chipster,

When displaying the flag, the blue field of stars is always left of the stripes. The exceptions being when the flag is on a uniform shoulder or on a vehicle or craft, in which case the stars are in front of the stripes, the concept being that face front is "the place of honor" - as when a battle flag is advanced - stars first.

Thanks for the clarification. It still matters to me, too!

Related item: I've seen several cars and tow vehicles with track maps on them. Small vinyl map outline with no text. Any ideas where to get them?

Richard,

You are correct and I am surprised at the number of Americans who don't know this.

Now you can get that flag on your car fixed

Chip,

You obviously haven't seen me on track . . . the flag should be at half-staff!
