I have no clue what brand it is...

looks like its from an old front "Charlie Bar", they are made by Wrightwood racing

here is a picture of a similar arm but with a spline instead of a hex, contact info is on the page too:

They can be hard to find, and I don't know if the new bars come with splined or hex end. Your best bet may be to post a WTB ad in the Pelican Parts classifieds, Charlie bars pop up for sale there from time to time.

I have seen a couple of arms like yours that all failed in the same location...

If one can't be found and you wan to keep the roll bar rig you could try a repair. V cut the crack, fill and lay a formed overlayment on it.

30 min in the hands of a weldor/ fabricator could have that one welded and reinforced.

It's an aluminum arm so it should really be heat treated after welding, a welded arm will probably last for a little while but it will fatigue eventually too..
