Default Saferacer

Has anybody ordered from them? Good experience bad? Looking to purchase an Arai helmet. They look to have the cheapest prices including shipping.

Thanks in advance,

Dan

Veloce Raptor and Chad, thanks for the quick reply and input. Makes me feel more comfortable ordering from them.

Saferacer has been great. No problems, even on a couple of returns. Apex is great, too.

Saferacer = good people. Huge racers in the midwest. Sponsored the runoffs winning spec miata last year.

Send a message, give a call to confirm availability. Some Arai stuff is low and out of stock right now.

Guys, once again thanks for the input and replies. I'll keep these vendors in mind no doubt when purchasing track equipment.

Joe, email message sent.

SafeRacer is great. I bought most of my stuff from them, and I know a number of other racers who did the same.

Stay away from Saferacer. Poor customer service, no follow through.

Spend your money other vendors.

I've had nothing but great experiences with Saferacer. They and OGracing are the first places I go when I need something. On a couple of occasions, I've sent things back to Saferacer because they didn't fit. It was never a problem.

OGracing is a great vendor. SafeRacer should not be in business based on the way they have handled my past 2 orders.

If you are going to badmouth a vendor, you should give forum members some specifics about your experience so that we can all evaluate the situation based on the facts.
