Toyota's strategy was just terrible...Brawn is the man! But so is Newey...

Watching Barichello bitch to JR. was funny & stupid at the same time. As Matchett said, put your hand back into the cockpit and drive.
It's kind a strange to say this but I think Kimi finishing 6th at Ferrari and fighting against Glock was a great from him and they should be pretty please with that result with the equipment they at the moment have.

[QUOTE=MJSpeed;6515900]KERS defeats the purpose of all the aero changes in the name more passing, except at the start.
So does the super diffuser which creates lots of turbulents all over again.
Conspiracy theory about Sutil and Vettel? Come on, that's beyond silly.

I guessed right, Button P1.
There was a shot where two cars were racing close, one car had KERS, the other did not. It was clear that KERS does indeed add advantage despite its weight penalty.

These desert races are just as boring to watch as prior years in spite (or because) of the new rules.
Back to Europe (yay), but to city course (boo). Wake me when they get to Spa.
The sidebar issues have become the main event- instead of the bad ol' days when it was Bridgestone vs. Michelin its now soft vs. hard , KERS vs. non-KERS and diffuser vs. non. Its only interesting to the extent that the powers that be (Mclaren and Ferrari) got the rules interpretation so wrong and Brawn/Newey got it so right. That said I'm happy for the latter and the change in the status quo.
But on track its just not that interesting is it? Still, I'll set my DVR to RECORD in 2 weeks (but really waiting for ALMS where in a 12/24 hour race the top cars change lead several times and they finish closer together than in an F1 sprint).

Trulli/Toyotas chance at the outright race win evaporated as the track became rubbered in as the race wore on and the harder compound worked better toward the end. Couple that with the fact that there was so much rolled up rubber off line and probably a great deal of low brake pedals, and Trulli could not attack Vettel at the end of the race

Got in 2 late , many plates at the moment ...........
Wanna bet for Spain , your bottle is officially finished and i need a replacement
Toyota's strategy failed due to the drivers , trulli never really delivered when he had to, so yes it was the wrong strategy for there level of drivers .
I was actually impressed with both KR and Hamilton , both had to make points and they did . Trulli had a good chance to make something happened and didn't . Toyota is still lost and it's there driver pairing at the tip of the cancer , how they expect to win without a top driver is beyond me....nothing like Brawn , an enigma, in a perfect storm , we will see if they hold form when the euro leg starts ....
Ray's bottle is finished so be prepared , i need ..........

So true!
+1 but they all can have it which then would make it different.

Technical and fun for the drivers but boring as hell to watch. Thank goodness we had the "sidebar" stories to watch.
